Very nice apartments and a top location. Various owners rent well-equipped apartments in the house. Problem: Since the beginning of 2018, the property management has demanded some kind of proof that the potential tenants are also solvent and respectable. The property manager charges a fee of about $ 50 for Americans, about $ 80 for Canadians and about $ 130 for Europeans. Asians, South Americans, Africans and Australians, New Zealanders are not listed !!! It does not matter to the property management, whether it is regular guests. Argument: Criminals are to be singled out. Hardly anyone is screened as well as the foreigners who receive their ESTA application before entering the US. It is for my taste xenophobia. If you get involved, you can rent a wonderfully beautiful apartment overlooking the Gulf

Great apartments with spectacular sunsets! However, if you want to rent an apartment as a European, you have to pay 185 dollars for a security check!

A number of individual condo owners will privately rent, however, I believe there is a minimum 30-day rental period.
That depends on the owner, but you have to pay a lot of money for the security check, especially If you are from europe!
It is the height of season for that place and all condo units are individually owned and rented
