Pinch a Penny Bonita Springs recently completed my pool renovation and I couldn’t be happier! Craig is easy to work with, Travis the field manager is extremely attentive, and the tile setters Jeff and Louis are amazing!! They magically transformed our 1980’s pool into an updated oasis!!! Fantastic work!!!

I came in this morning to buy a 35lb bucket of chlorine tablets and to refill my 3 chlorine containers. I waited 10 minutes while the tech checked someone’s pool water and then this guy comes asking for a one freaking chlorine container refill and tech rushes to help him and completely ignores that I’m waiting in line. Lucky for me there is another pinch a penny in estero. So guess what? I’ll take my business somewhere else. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This particular franchise is a joke. I asked for a quote for some repairs, and they sent out someone in December 2021 to check out my pool. Didn't hear back from them. I called them again in April 2022 for another quote, and someone showed up 2 weeks later and sent me a quote. But when I wanted to hire them, Carmen from the Service Department told me that someone has to come out again to re-validate the quote. Today, May 16, 2022, I asked Carmen to ask her manager to call me. Curious to see if they have the professional courtesy to actually do that. I will adjust my review if they actually have the professionalism to follow through. Honestly, I know you guys are busy, but this is no way to treat a potential customer. On May 19th, I got a call from Monica and suddenly said they can't help me. Why exactly did it take them over a month to get to that decision? A Craig Sharp apparently owns that franchise. Curious to see if he will call me. Will keep updating this review.
