Over the weekend we were faced with a water leak in Constance Friendship,your department was called to turn off the water,a young man named Jacob showed up. I don’t know where you got this man from but you best CLONE him,he was professional,helpful,shared his knowledge to assist us with the situation. Thank You JACOB

MY NEIGHBORS AND I PLACED OVER 50 PHONE CALLS AND POSTED TO YOU CLICK WE FIX EIGHT TIMES TO HAVE THE SNOW REMOVED IN A TWO WEEK SPAN. EVERY TIME I WOULD MAKE A POST TWO HOURS LATER IT WOULD SAY IT WAS RESOLVED. THROUGH THIS TIME I TALKED TO TWO PEOPLE WHO TOLD ME THEY WERE ON IT. I STILL CAN NOT PARK IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
