I would prefer to give Lowes no stars I was attempting to bring back some woods which was modified. I talked with Cris (asm) he wasn't able to provide the policy regarding modified products. But he was stating what the policy was without providing any documents. I requested a business card and he provided a rep with a paper with his contact info. So unprofessional.

Consider this Zero stars, I have been at the Lowe's more than any other recently because it is close to my new house. Getting help in this store nothing short of ridiculous, I came in to buy a smoker and the customer service desk called over the intercom 3 times and waited for over 30 to 45 minutes for someone to respond and finally the guy who called for the grill guy pulled it for me. Then I waited 30 minutes until another customer walking out asked me if I wanted help, even though 3 employees walked right by me. An hour and a half is far too long to wait to make a maybe 20 minute purchase. Hopefully, someone sees yet another 1 star rating and does something about it although I don't believe that will happen.

I got an email that my online order was ready to pick up and then I get three and not even half of what I ordered is available until almost a month from now.
