The only reason that I was there, is I was promised something I did not get. I bought 3 phones and transferred over from another provider. Ordered online through Verizon customer service. One was refurbished. Only 1 worked 100% All three got hot during use. I was promised Welcome Unlimited plans, that I did not qualify for. I was promised plan pricing but because I did not qualify for the plans, I did not qualify for the price. And because I qualified for none of it, I was charged accordingly. They also added some protection plan I didn't need that was even more expensive. I paid over $115 for screen savers and cases I never got. What I did get, BOTH times I have been there, was Verizon employees who must never have been trained in customer service. Or communications. I sort of felt like not a single one of them cared about my issues at all, and were only interested in selling me something or charging me for something. After the explanation I was given on how I was incorrect, I was also going to be charged a restocking fee. Please.... Please tell me what happened here. I truly believe you gave me the ol bait n switch. I truly believe the employees I spoke with do not care. Nothing I was promised was as it was promised. It was all lies. The pricing. The monthly cost The phone cost. I was told multiple different things all by Verizon employees How is it that everyone working for the same purpose, same company, are all reading from completely different books? How is it that so many employees just don't know ? Now, I'm stuck with phones I don't need but I'm about to be charged full price for. Unless I pay you another $150 for restocking.... Haven't you caused me enough problems ???

By appointment only, they send a text when it's your turn. Protective dividers in place and everything was sanitized as they worked.

If this address is the Verizon in from of Michael's craft store, No it is Corporate. The one in front of Walmart is independent and bad news.
