Those who answer the phones and handle customer questions seem to not have the best in overall attitudes. I have contacted them on several occasions to ask the status of my order, only to be met with mild disdain and very little patience. They Called me today to say my table top glass was ready however I misunderstood the back of the shop lunch break. I’m now sitting in my car for 35 minutes so they can have lunch. I drove 40 minutes to get here. Doesn’t it make sense to stagger lunch breaks in order to put the customer first. I will be contacting Matter Brothers Furniture and ask they no longer recommend Cape Coral Glass to their customers. How much effort would it have taken to get my small table top glass top and finalize the sale? I hope the quality of their work is better than the front of the house customer service. Stay tuned, I will be updating this post. I will also be getting on a few other sites that rate businesses and have at this ridiculous customer time wasting situation.

I’m glad I chose Cape Coral Glass & Mirror. Some of the prices I got from other businesses were absolutely ridiculous. Cape Coral Glass & Mirror was professional and had the job done earlier than I expected. I’m a very happy customer.

Super professional and pleasant to deal with. Needed an old door side-light replaced. They came, measured, gave me a price - then were back soon with the "rain drop" glass I wanted cut and ready to go. Installed cleanly, cleaned up perfectly. Price seemed fair for the job - can't really ask any more! Will certainly use them again when / if needed.

Cape Coral glass is outstanding. They are at 873 SE 47th St.
Most likely the window will need to be replaced cause the nitrogen gas between the pains has bled out. Typical for older double pain windows. Cape glass and mirror will have a solution.
They would have to order it
If you bring in the item you want the glass put into they will install it for an extra fee.
