My experience with U-Build Aluminum & Aurora Construction has been great from Start to Finish. Nick & Connie were super helpful thru The Design phase. The Permitting was slowed by the City but communication was constant. Then once it was time to Demo & Build, Paul & his crew were efficient and on point! Hard to find a crew that keeps things tight, and clean up everyday. Thanks to Ubuild we love our new Lanai!

After talking to Connie on the phone for two months, I received a written estimate for a security screen door. She asked a lot of questions. I gave her pictures, measurements and answered all her questions. Later, I wanted to finalize the quote. I was told there was a $75/non-refundable charge for the estimator to come out and firm up the quote she gave me by phone (which I printed out.) After they took the $75 fee and the estimator came out, the quote increased by 70% :( When I called to complain about it, Connie put me on hold to talk to her manager. She came back nasty, saying she didn't have to listen to me and that the charge was non-refundable. I guess they are too busy to treat potential customers with respect. P.S. Connie doesn't know what she's doing and she is unprofessional and extremely rude!
