So we used this particular one for 2 years. Did just fine. Told them a few weeks ago we were now here permanently and wanted to service the pool ourselves.and would stop using them effective August 31st. since you pay monthly at the 1st of the month. Should still have service weekly as usual since we're paid til the 31st but haven't seen the pool guy since last week. They acted upset a little when we told them we were done using them. Guess they were. If wasn't for that I'd give more stars but like getting everything I pay for. Update. I was contacted by the store owner and informed that apparently the young man that does our pool was off sick and assured me that they will in fact be here this week to service our pool.
