Wow…is really all I can say. I went in to zumiez looking for a Nixon watch and the manager decided to shower me in lies to get a sale. He started by saying tilly’s doesn’t honor Nixon’s two year warranty so I am better off getting it from him. I told him I needed it by Friday and it was Monday. He proceeded to say that I would get the watch on Wednesday because zumiez has three day shipping. The whole time he referred to me as “you guys,” when I was the only one inquiring about the watch. Before I could even finish asking about the shipping, he blurts out “cash or card.” I used to work at Zumiez, so I am well aware of their extreme sales tactics and goals…but lying to customers to make sales is unacceptable! If I had listened to this person, I would not have gotten my item in time for an important event.This manager is a slime ball! Beware!

Out of the many stores I have frequented at Coronado Mall, Zumiez has the most welcoming and genuinely kind staff. You are greeted and made feel at home the moment you walk in. They are all incredibly down to earth and make sure you're taken care of. I want to thank each of you for going above and beyond for your customers. You're a stellar crew, have the best fashion sense and make sure you go out of your way to help.

Amazing store. The cute one with the face tattoos (Bryan I think) was awesome! He helped me with everything I needed and I ended up buying more than I went in for.
