Yes, but only when someone opens the door from the inside. The HC door is south of the main doors at the base of the school building next to the church. Ask someone to help or get a companion to go in thru the mchurch building and indoors make his way up the ramp to open the HC door from the inside
Street parking, it's metered from 8am-6pm or something like, free Sundays
