Unfortunately, Disney cannot renew with three companies and will make official departures from Fox, Lucasfilm and Marvel. Disney will be orphaned. The end of the Star, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures brands is certain.

There is no souvenier store on the building
The New York Times Company occupies about 70,000 square meters) from the second floor to 28, and Forest City Ratner and ING Real Estate occupy about (55,000 square meters) of floors 29 to 50. The building also contains 1 858 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor. Since August 2007, three law firms have their offices in the building: Covington & Burling, LLP. Osler on the 36th floor. Seyfarth Shaw and LLP, which occupies floors 31, 32 and 33.
The lobby is open to public.
