I highly recommend attorney José Orochena. Before starting the immigration case for my husband, I gave myself the task of looking for several lawyers, I needed to have a lawyer who would give me confidence because an immigration case is very important and delicate. I made several appointments with different lawyers and they all told me different ways to handle the case, but what I didn't like was that to start the case you spoke directly with a lawyer but then those who would follow him would be his assistants and I really don't like that very much. . Otherwise, when we went to the lawyer Orochena, we initially spoke with him and if we had any questions or had an appointment, it was only with him directly. Obviously sometimes we talk to her secretary, she is also always super friendly. My husband's case was fast and thank God everything was approved for us. I really feel very grateful to the lawyer Orochena, for taking each of his clients' cases very seriously, how well it is a service that we pay for, but he puts a lot of his time to keep his clients satisfied. He even works on Sundays which showed us how flexible and dedicated he is to his clients. I hope this opinion is of some use to you and you decide to take the services of Lawyer Orochena, it will be your best decision, good luck with your cases :)

First, you must report the lost passport to the authorities. 2 With the report number you go to your consulate or embassy and ask for a new passport. Because from there you will fill out a series of forms ... Something similar happened to me, but my visa was a different type. I got the passport with the police report, I filled out about 2 additional forms of the normal ones, they renewed my visa in the new passport and yes, I had to pay a little more and additional taxes to immigration. At first it will give you a little headache, but everything will be fine. Luck

Everything depends, but according to the usica.gov page it would be an average of seven months for them to approve it. Then it depends on how long it takes to pay the fees and send the necessary documents.
