Worst place ever went in an info desk gave me a number that had to wait for customer service but I told her I was going to pay my bill for property tax then I had to wait another hour for the cashier incredible They should organize them selves better be more communitive…..they see one person every 20 min no wonder we had to wait so long

I honestly can’t even give them one star because I wasn’t able to even go inside. They closed early without any notice, leaving a crowd of people outside after most of us left work early to come here. They’ve done this for [at least] two consecutive days. There is no one to hold accountable—no one to speak with. I’m appalled at the disregard with which they treat people. They even turned away a person with a disability who needed to tend to an urgent manner. Truly despicable.

Yes. Not everyone will qualify, & this is normally reserved for the oldest tickets. But it's always good to ask because they grant this request a lot. And there's no penalty if they say no.
