Yes. Not everyone will qualify, & this is normally reserved for the oldest tickets. But it's always good to ask because they grant this request a lot. And there's no penalty if they say no.
You probably can't work out a payment plan but you can pay down on tickets. Ex.... if tickets are 350.00 you can put money on it to keep it from being towed or booted
