It goes to the responsible person who has right to take a decision what’s going wrong in your “NATIONAL GRID COMPANY “.. Respected honorable sir/mam,,today I went to Jamaica location to make a payment,, We already paid our the last month payment, We paid little late ,amount was around $93.. But in our current bill that amount was included.. So we went to mediater company where we paid,,we told them whole thing.. A guy said to call customer service so called company 3 or 4 times,, On call they said as What as our current charges $37 around but when they transfer a call to payment department they said us to pay $129.. When we keep calling about this payment issue to customer representative than they told us to send a new bill with current charge within a week,, We got a new bill with same amount $129. So I went to Jamaica National grid company.. THERE WAS A PERSON “PAUL” Please focus on name”PAUL” With cat eyes,, With very very arrogant behavior,,I told him whole thing n he said they are not responsible for cash payment in bills,,I have paid bill payment receipts with National grid account number,, He was keep saying we are(company)not responsible for late bill payment ,, He said to my husband should be there I told him to I could call him..but he wasn’t listening,, End of the I requested him to tell me how much I have to pay,, In very very bossy way,,he said he has all information but he doesn’t wanna give me.. Sir/mam,,if we have any issues with already paid where we can go?? If company reply this way.. Please,,IT GOES TO PERSON WHO HAS RIGHT TO TAKE RIGHT DECISION,, PLEASE TAKE A RIGHT ACTIONS FOR A IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR,,I WASNT ASKING ANYTHING FOR FREE,, I was keep we already paid our bill then why they are charging extra money that was my concern.. IF PEOPLE PAY BILLS IN CASH,,it’s not valid sir?? SIR/MAM,at your company I felt helpless,, I don’t where we can go for it or with whom we can contact regarding it…🙏 IT WAS VERY VERY BAD BEHAVIOR REGARD TO CUSTOMERS🙏 UR STAFF MEMBER “PAUL” PLEASE CHECK HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMER.. Money is not for free My current charge is around $37 N he wants me to charge $129( I already paid$92 from the last month).. Please sir take a strict action against PAUL Cause someone from another country with different accent they don’t consider them as A human

Repair work being done, replacement of gas lines. The repair workers don’t inform homeowners when they need excess to your home , also the gas company repair workers shut off my water without notice. Was getting ready for a doctors appointment. When I said something to the workers they told me f—-you. I own my home and pay my bills . I am sure if this was a white neighborhood this wouldn’t take place

The staff was not friendly and not informative. If she had explained a bit more I would have understood that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to install a meter/new service instead she just gave a number to call and said they will gave you an appointment date to fix it . I had explained to her that I am moving to a new apartment in a weeks time.At least she could have take a min or two to make it clear that because the apt didn't have a meter for more than 2 yrs it will take some time.Instead I was send on a wild goose chase.This service stinks. They really need to work on their customer service.Each time I called the number I was told they r not finding my info.The last time I called , a person by the name of Ms Kelly ( marketing and sales) was trying her best to assist after hearing the frustration in my voice but to no avail she couldn't find my info too. However she gave me the customer service Tel number to call .When I callex customer service that person was not much different than the first one.She was Short and Kurt and not friendly. When I told her that marketing and sales can't find my record then she took my info and said ( with an attitude in het voice) yes mam u have an account u should have given the representative that number. I told her I was never given a number .she said well then take it now and when u call them gave it to them.It felt that I was the fault here.There was no friendliness in her voice.As a customer I am very displeased and will definitely try another service.

What documents you need to turn on your gas
Walk inside take a number, wait for someone at the window to call the number, and pay. Or use the self service kiosk.
No you don't have to go to the office to turn on gas for a new address. Matter of fact they have something called 1-hour Window Service. You can pay a little extra for that and they'll come and give the connection within an hour. P.s. This is only for new addresses. Hope this is helpful! :)

I highly doubt it. Stay away from them as much as you can. They are a horrible company some of us have no choice but to deal with. God will punish them with natural disasters for the crimes they commit against humanity.
