The room was comfy and nice. The service was good. The hot tub appears to have been closed for some time which was the main reason I chose this motel over others. I believe they should ensure all advertised amenities are available as by looking at others reviews it appears the hot tub is not working a lot of the time. It also could use some updating. I found it to be rather expensive for an older motel with a frequently non working hot tub. It has a nice pool area and slide for kids, but adults want a hot tub.

We very much enjoyed our stay at AmericInn in Chippewa Falls. The entire experience was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.The continental breakfast offered nice variety and coffee was delicious.

The chlorine made us all sick. Horrible Head aches from it. Beds were super uncomfortable. The hallway was absolutely freezing. Checked in at 3pm left at 3AM. What a night mare. The kids gave up swimming because their chests burned from the chlorine. Never again. Definitely was not worth the energy going here.

Nice clean room. Loved the toddler pool and slide. Hot tub was lukewarm which kinda sucked. Worth the price you pay.
