Asked office if they do a certain treatment and was told to come in to discuss my options. Asked office again if I could get a yes or no answer so I don’t waste $40 and an hour’s drive worth of gas and was told the vague “come in to discuss your options” again. I make it to my appointment and within five minutes the urologist informs me that they do not do this service. I was very upset. Today, I get a bill in the mail for a procedure I did two months ago. I asked billing twice about the cost before I went through with the procedure. I get a statement today saying I need to pay an additional $40. Called about it, said there was nothing they could do. $80 wasted right there in one week. I am a college student and $80 is a lot for me. Disappointed that even despite my efforts to double-check on both of these things, I was still given the wrong information.

I personally did not have a good experience with this clinic (Lomax Office).. aside from waiting an hour (though I had an appointment), the visit with the doctor was very short (not even 15min) with a quick physical examination. I had the impression that he wasn't listening to my concerns. On top of that, the doctor told me that he doesn't do prostate exam, which is hard to believe given he's an urologist.

Pretty disapointed with this place in general. I was referred here from the ER and met with Dr. Han. I met with her for less than 5 minutes and didn't feel like she even wanted to be in the room. Was told to schedule an appointment to come back in December. Five weeks later and after mutliple follow ups to the office I still don't have anything scheduled. I'm going somewhere else. Not worth being treated this way when there are other options.
