My husband passed away in February and the very next morning I informed the nurses that I needed an increase because I was scared that I was going to relapse.The nurse said I didn't need an increase ,and said that I just need grievance counseling.So ,I relapsed.Then this morning they told me to go take a pregnancy test because they are decreasing my dose by 10 mg. ,I guess that is how they punish me for relapsing and testing positive for fent.This clinic has FAILED ME !!!!! All they had to do was give me the increase that I needed and asked for and I never would have relapsed in the first place !! I am the patient and I know my body way better than the nurses.I feel they are to blame for my relapse because they didn't listen to me .They absolutely do not care about their patients !!! My dose was low to begin with ,only 60 mg ,yet they punish you further by decreasing your dose which is just going to make me relapse further !!! I am definitely thinking about switching clinics .How about y'all go ahead and fax all of my paperwork over to Southpoint because I want to go to a clinic that will actually listen and care about me.When I first started ,I liked this clinic but now I don't like it because they have treated me so wrong.Its sad honestly.They need to apologize and admit that they are in the wrong.When I asked for the increase I should have gotten the increase.My husband of 31 years passed away and the stress and shock of it all made me start craving and I did the right thing and told the nursing staff the very next day that I was scared that I was going to relapse.So they denied my request and therefore they are the cause of my relapse.I don't and I would NEVER recommend this clinic to. anybody because they just like to punish you when they are the ones at fault.It is a pathetic clinic in my eyes.Yep...I am going to switch clinics ASAP because I deserve better than this !!!!

They will consultant you with an attitude. I had to reread what they offer, everyone I spoke with had a demeanor of " I'm here for a check ". No client ; especially the field they cater to, should feel that way. Thank God, He took the wheel cause faith in their hands will be a disappointment. Don't want to speak about the counselors, whew chile. Attitude was nasty and we didn't even meet smh Hopefully this is just my opinion but I write this experience as a 1.5 out of 10.
