Under new management but it doesn’t help if the employees can’t do basic functions like scanning labels. I waited at least 10 minutes to return a package because the three customers that came unprepared with multiple unpacked orders took every single clerk’s attention even the line went out the door. Poor management if you ask me, I do feel like the girl working the shift was the only one that knew how to do her job while the other two guys were completely inept and left her hanging. The one man who attempted to scan my UPS prepaid return label literally looked lost like didn’t know what to do at all and advices me to wait… wait for whom someone that can do their job! After having stood in line for over 10 minutes it felt like a slap in the face. No thanks I’ll try a different store. I would avoid this location at all costs there are other UPS locations in Atlantic Beach with far better customer service.

Worst UPS store in Jacksonville. They will do anything to make an extra dollar. I have never seen a UPS store so rude and so unwilling to help.

Pulled up 12mins before closing and was told they were closed for the day. I even told the the worker I had a preprinted label and wanted to do a simple drop off. The worker shrugged and said sorry and walked away.
