TERRIBLE customer service. Calling in an order for Curbside pickup is impossible! The staff put me on "hold" and never returned...TWICE. Find a Firehouse Sub that still wants customers. This one does not.

I've never had a bad sub from any of these places. Though at $13 a sub, I really expect them to pay their workers more than $12 an hour. That's pretty disgraceful in this economy. One star removed for that reason alone.

Came by on my lunch break today. There was no line but my order took over 15 minutes and did not come out with the mac&cheese either. As far as taste goes the sub was good although the mac was quite bland and not good. I would go somewhere else if your in a rush.
