Got here 15 minutes before the closing time listed on Google but they were closed! Not great “urgent care” if you can’t trust the hours listed. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I’ve been dealing with a horrible cough and my husband called in and spoke to Jackie who got me right in. Dr walker is such a caring and compassionate woman who really took the time to listen, diagnose and treat me. This kind of small town personalized service is quickly vanishing but not in this office. Super blessed to have her and Jackie taking care of me in my time of need.

So thankful for Care Center of Lake Placid. I woke with painful signs of having a UTI. The clinic opened at 9 am and the desk receptionist was so helpful. I was able to be seen as soon as I could get there. The receptionist to be so kind and accommodating and the doctor (NP) was very professional. 24 hours later I feel SO much improved. I would highly recommend this clinic if you need medical help.
