Pretty bad. I was diagnosed with an ankle sprain at this location, but was given very general advice on how to treat it. X-rays were taken and I was told, definitively, it was not a break. After a few weeks, still having pain, I followed up with an Orthopedic doctor. He took new X-rays, and told me that he could see there was a break in my ankle after all.

I'm sure they do! In the meantime, try some home remedies like icing the stiff area, trying easy, relaxing exercises and yoga to help relieve the spot, and taking over the counter medication to ease the pain, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
Yes, Patient First is able to perform routine testing including blood work on site.
They can perform lab testing, X-Rays, and can prescribe prescription drugs. You can try going to this urgent care facility, but if the pain is severe and unbearable, I'd go to the closest emergency room as soon as possible!
Patient First recommends you visit your primary care physician for pre-operation services.
