Chicago Title had me sign over the deed to my property to the buyer who was purchasing the property with cash and assured me I would see the funds in the next 48 hours. We're now 70 days later and close to 50 emails and phone calls and I still haven't been paid for the property that is now being developed by the new owners. I would not recommend Chicago Title.
