Was told I would not be able to get a copy of my rental agreement due to a lock out because the so called "secretary" locked herself out. Park grounds is only weeds, no grass. The boys and girls club looks run down and I no longer see children playing in the quad.

Deal of a lifetime. If I took a chance back in 2011, we'd be paid off by now. So if you have your chance on getting in here, take it. Landlord manager and her assistance are extremely helpful. Any issue and problem, they are on top of it. I love my neighbors. I hope soon to see the park upgraded with a new playground and swings. A cookout area would be awesome as well. I'm sure they have that in the works.

Love living here so far. Love my neighbors. Manager is good always listens and does the best she can to resolve your problem. Friends and family live here also. Where I live its quiet with no problems.

We purchased a mobile home from the community in May of 2020. We got an extremely good deal. There have been some minor issues that needed fixing such as the subfloor or some issues with cosmetics. All in all it was a good deal because we got a good price on the home. We did have to agree to keep the home here in the park for 5 years, but there was an early payout option in the contract. The neighborhood is quiet. If we have any issues with the office is quick to handle the problem the best they can. All in all our experience with The Mesa has been a good one.

True... Seems like everytime there is a pipe break and replacement, the water bill goes up. The tenants shouldn't have to pay for your maintenance or recklessness of your vendors.

Too much for a dirt lot... $325 without utilities, and it keeps rising.
