I did my tax with this lady, I'm not sure of her name, White and chubby. From the starts, it feels as if she did not want to me to have my taxe done at the facility. She let me sit there for a while although her client has walked out of the office. Then, she was so puzzled of my appointment, told she is not aware of it. I regrets doing my tax there, I wish there was an option to redo my taxes. She is not very knowledgeable of taxing laws and her explanation is very vague. If you are a travel nurse or someone who works in different states, stay away from that place.

Dana was awesome. Explained every detail about our taxes. Other employees were very helpful. Very cautious about covid as well. Very friendly and very helpful.

My sister referred us to this place and I decided to try it out. Today my family and I were yelled at and chased out of this downtown location by Kimberly. I forget her last name but I thought it was ugly and very unprofessional for the manager to do that to people she don't know. She even yelled at the person who referred us there. I tried to call customer service but they couldn't get me to the right people to make a complaint. I wish I knew who to contact. 😡
