We love spending time here! The cabins are clean and well kept in a woodland setting on the AuSable River. There's plenty to do - canoeing, fishing, exploring Amish country, and much more!

WOW! Me and my wife stayed 2 nights 3 days and what an escape from the city. Very homey feeling in the milles cabin, old and woodsy was a plus. We went hiking because this resort is surrounded with beautiful trails not far from the resort with a few smaller ones on resort. The kanoe trip was spectacular and Dave was very resourceful and friendly! Would recommend to anyone looking for an escape. (The front desk help was awesome as well.)

Yes, you can bring dogs. No weight limit. There is a fee, but I don't know how much. They also don't want you to leave the dog alone in the cabin.
Two and a half to three hours for the normal one but they have a longer one that goes all the way down to the Mill Pond which would be probably half a day. It's a fantastic float well worth it and about half way there's a county park where you can get out and sit under a pavilion or even do some grilling if you want.
