Please don't waste your time buying a home here. The management is trash they get nothing done. We get a new manager every year! you pay extra for a maintenance man that I’m not even sure does anything. I have lived here for seven years and Let me tell you this place is a joke. rent just keeps going up and up and up and up! with no explanation as why or what improvements they’re doing in the community.

Would not recommend if you want a somewhat decent neighborhood. Grass gets cut once a month it seems like , Only 2 washers and dryers again not kept up with , people have stolen my clothes & blankets out of the dryer ( disgusting) can’t have anything in your yard , no fence, pool nothing and it’s not kept up with at all. HOA fee is just a scam
