TERESA AT THE FRONT DESK IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! The physicians, medical assistants, and other providers at this clinic are wonderful, I take my mother here for her appointments with Dr. Pelopida and she has nothing but good things to say about the providers. But every time she goes here the front desk staff are terrible to her, in particular Teresa. She is rude, dismissive, and when we forgot to do the online check-in for an appointment just ONE TIME, she felt the need to remind us five times within the span of 10 minutes to do it before coming next time, in a tone that is condescending and simply humiliating. When trying to schedule an appointment over the phone, she didn't bother to find the nearest date until I had to ask twice, she has zero customer service skills and doesn't even acknowledge you when you say thank you or try to be nice, and her whole overall attitude is frankly nasty and ruins our experience every time we come to this clinic. And while I can't say this definitively, I have noticed that after treating my family with rudeness, she treated other patients who were white with nothing but smiles, so I can't help but think she is prejudiced and acting in bad faith. Teresa must be retrained or fired or moved to a role where she doesn't interact with other human beings.

Great staff, and Dr. Bartell is the only doctor I've had that took me seriously, and realized that I have a genuine medical condition that required correction.

Doctors are so positive and caring. They listen to every single problem of ours patiently and deal with it also so as the nurses!!

Dr Montes was my doctor in my whole pregnancy but when it was my delivery she couldn't be with me so dr Palapida had to be on my delivery, both of then are great! I loved my experience and if I had another child I would definitely go with them again.
