So completely sad that I can't leave zero stars... Gosh where do I start?! The nurses are wonderful, very caring individuals. Now, the other staff in the other hand is... Ha literally a joke. Last Wednesday which was August 24th 2022 @ 1135am.l I looked down at my phone my heart instantly then dropped cuz it hit me I haven't taken my dose yet Mind you they close at 1130am.. I immediately called and talked to the front desk gal at the time Brandi and she said look I'm going to have you talk to Sandy.. I explained the situation to wonderful Sandy she said Megan, I cannot help you... You need to talk to your assigned counselor. I was transferred back to Brandi and she's like actually Tj is right next to me let me have you talk to her. Well that didn't end so swell . I was told that I was irresponsible and I should have made time to come in and take my dose. Mind you I have weekend take homes, so I've been a very sober person in life. I ended up at hanging up on her my heart dropped once again and I just bawled . My phone rang and I saw it was CMS so I answered it and it was the very helpful front desk lady Brandi, she said go to the ER tell them what happened and they will dose you there.. wow some lady who wasn't even my own counselor was trying to help me .. I go back Monday and Brandi was fired and TJ's big butt is still sitting up there. Completely disappointed. So I transferred to new hope I'm sure they probably will take away my weekends because of what happened at CMS but hey at least there I will get to deal with caring people.

They have lots of business. It's a very busy place. Patients seems to enjoy going bc they have fast and speedy services. I have never been as a patient but I have brought people here for appointments.

Has helped me and my wife get our lives back without the hell of full opioid withdrawal on your back. Honestly the best choice I ever made after 15+ years of bad ones. Have 3 years clean and hopefully many more to come., My family is back in my life, and have a new little one living at home with me. Best choice I ever made. Helps with DCS, has tons of resources for those addicted to opioids.

I had a doctor's appointment at 8:10am the girl behind got here at the same time as me her appointment was at 9:30am made me wait for 40 mins they let her see the doctor before me and still made me wait how do they let her see the doctors before me after I waited forever people are airheads over here it's hard to see the doctor anyway I thought I had a chance this time

Split dosing is available for pregnant and non-pregnant clients. Clients partner with our medical providers to find the best medication/dose/frequency.

Hi Dan,Intakes are done at 6116 E.Arbor Ave Mesa,Az.Open M-F from 430am to 1100am. They dose you after your intake also. Hope this helps.
I believe u have to go to intake at the Phoenix office. I had to.
For intake is $65 I believe I am not 100% sure but it is close maybe 55 or 60 but it's right in that range and at this particular CMS clinic on Arbor Avenue I'm not sure if they do Suboxone I know they only do methadone I though and that is the cost without insurance I believe I am about 80 or 90% sure about what I said but don't hold me accountable if there's any misinformation I said
