Hostess went to seat us at a dirty table. No biggie. It happens. She told us to hang tight while she got something to wipe the table down. We stood there with our kids for about five minutes when a server walking by asked what was going on. He was super polite, got a rag, and wiped things down for us right away. As he finished up, the hostess returned with a broom and swept a bunch of trash out from under the table. We sort of had a laugh and sat down without thinking much of it. We figured out what we would order and played games with our kids. We had pretty much finished the games on their place mats and started wondering why no one had been by to get our order or even start us with some drinks. We watched what seemed to be plenty of staff walking around seemingly without much going on. There were plenty of empty tables around and it didn't look like the kitchen was rushed. A few minutes later, we just quietly left without having ever had anyone stop by our table after we sat down.

We were worried at first no employees were out front all were in a meeting. Only seating was in the bar. The bartender served us and she was great! Food was great too.

Don’t bother calling them for a Togo if it’s 30 before closing, apparently the systems don’t allow you to place a Togo order after 1030, even-though the website will give you the option to place an order. Doesn’t make sense for the website to state the hours of operation are until 11pm yet they won’t take orders after 1030. Not sure if this is a new policy because I have placed orders before late at night since I am also in the food industry, but turning down customers for Togo while still catering to guests that come to the restaurant to dine is not professional, if you don’t want to offer service until 11pm then adjust the hours.

Service was great. The fried cheese curds were amazing. The boss Burger was good but my French fries were underdone and kind of cold. Great deals on the happy hour specials and the boss Burger is enough food for at least two meals if not three. I also had the opportunity to try the margarita flatbread appetizer and it was surprisingly tasty.
