Had dinner here on 6/3. Our server was great however the kitchen and cleanliness were sub-par. My food came out (chicken fajitas) and the person delivering it said would be right back with my wife's meal (Caesar salad with salmon). Our server came my a few minutes later and informed us it would be about 10 mins or so for the salad as they forgot to put the salmon in the oven. Finally her food did come and her silverware pack didn't contain a fork. Asked for another and the fork was dirty. Next fork, dirt. Fourth packet was usable. Haven't been to Chili's in a long time, and not sure when I'll go back. Used to really love it, but with that and a much smaller menu, I'll go elsewhere. At least the manager comped her meal.

4 stars because our experiences here range from pretty bad to really good. This is based on our most recent, Chris was our server, he was attentive, funny and friendly! Our food came out pretty quick, with only two small fixes (which is good for this place). Food was hot and as expected!

Waited 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order, appetizers came out with the meal. The portions of the food were all mixed together when we asked to speak with the manager he didn't care to listen to what we had to say, and kept walking away from us when we were trying to have a conversation with him about it. We walked out will never go back. We used to eat here often and this was the worst experience by far...

Me and my family drive out of the way to go to this location because from our normal experience they have great service. Our last two visits have not been great. The first visit we waited 35 min to find out the kitchen never got (lost) our order. After waiting a hour some of our food was cold. The wait staff was very polite and did offer to remake the food but after waiting a hour I was not willing to wait any longer. Our most recent visit started great. Our appetizer came out and was awesome. Right before out main course the waiter had a table of his friends sat next round us. At this point we no longer existed. The waiter sat down and was eating off of his friends plate. Some other waiter brought out our main course and my steak was supposed to be medium rare. What I got was well. I called the waiter who was still chatting with his fiends. I was offered to wait for another steak but I didn’t have time to wait another 30 min. I will say, the manager offered discounts both time but I didn’t want a discount. I want him to get his waitstaff in line so I can go back to enjoying this location.
