I was given a nasty car. It was dirty on the inside and outside. It had alot dings on it. The worst rental experience, I won't be back.

I was not impressed. I returned the car early and I did not get a refund for the time not used. I was told it's the policy. But there is always something that a manager can work out to help the consumer. Nobody tried to help out or make good on the situation. She just said "oh well"

Choose another rental company. Arrived for my month long rental and was given a nasty dirty vehicle. When I advised Nate the car was unacceptably dirty, and should be cleaned properly especially because of Covid, he told me “ well in Arizona we don’t care that much about Covid and thats all we have.” He sent the vehicle to the back to be cleaned. The pictures attached is the car AFTER it got it’s supposed 2nd cleaning. Needless to say I cancelled the car and left. Terrible terrible service and now I know cleanliness does not matter to the company pre or post Covid. Take a good look at the attached pictures. Then decide if you will risk renting with them

The man was very friendly. And price for renting the vehicle great deal. Shocking becuz HERTZ RENTAL USIALLY COST AN ARM AND LEG.. BUT THIS TIME AROUND COST ONLY A FINGER... HOPEFULLY FROM ON OUT ILL GET A GREAT PRICING THEN BYE BYE ENTERPRISE AND GO BACK TO HERTZ like I used to do back in the 80s and 90s pricing.. most impt of all the counter person was great

We were not told to drop off our rental before 4pm, in order to get a ride home. We were told to have rental back before 5pm. We were treated disrepectfuly. We got a ride back home, but he drove us back grudgingly! He was rude to us. Our insurance paid for our car & insurance on rental , but they wanted to add charges. Turned out we had paid extra on our insurance to cover our expenses for two weeks. They got paid through our insurance. Guess he felt like we didn't deserve a ride home, as he scolded us in front of other staff and customer. Needs social skills, and anger management. Also respect towards senior citizens would be nice for a change.
Yes you can but it did it card requires a credit check and two forms of ID and you have to be over 23. With the debit card you have to have a $200 hold plus the cost of the rental
