Been coming to this location for years. I usually go with some kind of salad and their chicken enchilada soup (one of my favorites). The last few times I have come here my soup I have ordered has been barely warm. And the salads have not been great, but edible. Customer service is ok.

Food, food presentation and service was subpar. Chips and salsa were good. The trio sampler was hit and miss, definitely not what I expected. The Server instead of letting us know that plastic straws are only for alcohol drinks straight lied, stating that they no longer use plastic straws completely at all. Sirloin was not worth it. Asked for it to be cooked well done was served rare and quite a bit of of fat. Potatoes looked they were prepped in the plate long before the order was taken. Steamed broccoli 🥦 was not done. The alcohol drinks were not consistent the first one didn't taste good at all the second was better, neither worth the money. The table next to us sent a drink back 4 times. This was not a typical Chili's visit most of the time it's much better.

It seemed under staffed. There was plenty of open tables yet we still had to wait for a table of 6 still had to wait 20 minutes. The appetizers are great. Though when are cheese fries came out the cheese was solid they didn't seem fresh. Every one got the fajitas and loved them.

Good food and good service but low levels of cleanliness here. 😬 Came in for dinner and $5 margaritas during National Margarita Day around 8pm. Wanted to sit in a booth but none were available so we sat at the bar. We were there for about an hour and a half and the table behind us wasn’t bussed in that entire time. It wasn’t just one table that was left a mess, it was multiple throughout the restaurant. The food is always good at Chili’s and the service was quick since we were at the bar so I can’t complain about that but the fact that there were a bunch of dirty tables was concerning. I never come to this location even though it is close by and now I know why I avoid it. Still love you though Chili’s. 🌶 ♥️
