So this review is primarily about the HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER...MELISSA This lady is THE REAL DEAL !! ..and LA QUINTA is very lucky to have her. Where most reviews are about clean rooms and great service ( which this place undoubtedly has)...this one is tell you that at the end of the day EVERYTHING falls at her doorstep (good or bad) as she is the FINAL DECISION MAKER and this is her CHESSBOARD. MELISSA has exceptional LEADERSHIP and CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and definitely knows how to run a SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. So knowing that someone like this is at the top watching over and working everyday to make her guests as comfortable as possible and always striving for PERFECTION...then you cannot go wrong with your decision to stay here!! On another note they have very clean grounds,great location(secluded), close to all kinds of restaurants within walking distance, great staff and very friendly !

Good stay, rooms are not serviced daily, that was good. We are coming back to Mase area so this hotel will will be on the list of choices.The first morning was not a good breakfast, worker said it was that supplies were not delivered or substituted items that were delivered. 2nd morning was a lot better. I like the room serviced every other day, half of my stays are one day and when staying more a day it is nice to take a late and slow start, good place to stay ,

I travel to San Antonio, TX 3 or 4 times a year for my mother. I stop at La Quinta Inn & Suites on my way back home. They are pet friendly and the 3rd floor is for people traveling with pets. The rooms are clean and don't smell of pet odor. They just reinstated their full breakfast menu. I would recommend La Quinta to anyone who is traveling with pets.

Most of the experience was great. I would however say that for the price, I'd probably stay somewhere else next time. I was highly disappointed by the amount of things on all of the walls that could have easily been cleaned off with just a small bit of effort on the part of the cleaning crew. We also found small hairs on the comforter of other people and when I asked for another comforter they said they didn't have any and gave me random blankets... I shouldn't have to tell my children they cannot touch the walls, or use the beds sheets/blankets when we paid $250 for a total of 13 hours.. I ended up going to target and buying sheets myself to cover the beds because I just couldn't trust it.. it makes me sad because this is where we typically stay when ever we need a hotel

There is BJ's Brewery, PG Chang's, Krispy Kreme, Red Robin, and Irish pub, and Buffalo wild wings all in the same parking lot. Target and the mall just on the other side of the freeway. And Oregano's pizzeria about half mile east. This hotel has great service and staff. Continental breakfast and coffee 24/7
It is at 3 p.m.
You can go out anytime you want just bring your room key to get back in
