Alright, positives hotel room was big with a king size bed. Very spacious, clean, great comfort for the price! Great presentation of the towels and the furniture, felt upscale. 2 min. Walk to Starbucks and 4 min. Walk to Waffle House! Right off the highway 60. Negatives honestly none. The people working the front desk are friendly and helpful! I'm definitely coming back!

Positive: I loved that the room I had on the first floor had a patio door that opened directly to the pool! Negative: I did not like that during a pandemic, the room was not cleaned up to standards. The bathroom floor had long black hairs on it and there was literally a band aid stuck to the side of the bathtub. I had a back procedure done and needed a clean room.

Tonight I had the pleasure of Ryan being at front desk. He is amazing and totally went above and beyond. The room is pet friendly and it was super clean, and Ryan took care of everything for us after just an awful terrible day. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend this place and be sure Ryan is on duty for the absolute greatest customer service. I just can't say enough! Thank you Ryan!

It's very interesting to go from the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in, days inn Albuquerque, to staying in a very nice and comfortable days inn the next day. Newly remodeled. Super comfortable bed. My only complaint... The elevators were out and I was on the 3rd floor. I have bad knees and this really sucked. I won't take any stars off, as you can tell they are trying to improve. Also, they are SUPER anti-smoking. I tried to have a smoke on the stairs, as I said, no elevator and bad knees, and the security guard wouldn't let me. He told me I had to go out to the front in order to smoke. Annoying, yes, but wouldn't be as annoying once they fix the elevators...

I had Wyndam points to use so Im not sure without them. I paid less than anywhere in town. Its important to get their rewards card, it has saved me alot of money over the years.
I stay about one month at that hotel every year and have never had any problems. I certainly can't confirm your complaint.
