I have been here twice in 2021. All the staff, from Administration to Nurses to CNAs were all very nice and provided quality care... Special mention to Mordi K, Chief Administrator, Nurses Justin, Shamika and Nadia, who provide a high level of care and are dedicated to their profession... CNAs Tonya and Robin are caring people who make sure you have what you need... Even Loraine in PT was wonderful... I had an overall great time ! I have had to return in September of 2022.... Once again, the staff is top notch.... Justin, Shaneka, Sue, all the regular nursing staff is so dedicated, so efficient and so nice.... I know sometimes people may write negative things about this facility, but if you take the time to realize what is involved in this type of care, I think they would realize that these people have a passion for what they do and really go above and beyond. The one or two issues that I had were addressed immediately and they were resolved very quickly. They were not complaints they were special needs for me and the care that I needed. The whole therapy department, Taylor, Justin, Lorraine, Kushpoo, Nash, Bridget, they all work together to make the therapy experience as productive and enjoyable as possible. I am a below the knee amputee, and I was having problems with my prosthetic leg, which Taylor went above and beyond to have me fitted with a new prosthetic which will be a life-changing event for me. Unfortunately in my life I have had to spend quite a bit of time in probably six different facilities, and I chose to come back to this one, and if it's necessitated I will come back again. Kudos to Mordi K, Kim, and all the administrative staff. They have assembled a caring, quality team of people that truly care, a rare occurrence in this day and age.....👍🙂

I called for visitation policy for my mom and the women who answered the phone was absolutely awful. So rude.

I cannot stress enough the dangers and unprofessionalism of this place. Please take the time to visit the premises before leaving your loved one here and you will see exactly what I mean. Do not be persuaded by the false sense of welcoming with their admin team. I was not aware that this place was known to be terrible prior to admitting my father here. He almost died in their care. I am a health professional myself who has spent many years in and out of rehabs/nursing homes with patients and never have I been so perturbed as to what I have seen here. Ask the local healthcare workers about this place beforehand and they will tell you themselves to run! I wish I did prior to allowing my Dad to spend a single day here but unfortunately I was out of town when he was needing to be transferred from the hospital and I had to rely on their website information. Thankfully my Dad is now in a better facility with well trained nurses, compassionate staff and has the safety of a clean/healthy physical and emotional environment. One last final note…..do not be persuaded by their responses to reviews which seem as if they are caring and concerned about their patients experiences, it truly is not the case as we had to unfortunately learn for ourselves.

The staff at Cranford Park are stupendous. My Dad was released from the hospital and sent to a neighboring facility where he had a bad experience. I contacted Terry (who was just recovering from surgery herself) and she ensured that my father was successfully transferred to Cranford Park. The staff greeted us upon arrival and took my Dad with care and comfort, which was exactly what he needed. Lisa and the nursing staff took gentle care of my Dad for his brief stay. Thank you for providing exceptional care.
