Purchased a 9ft tree through Amazon. Tree worked great for 1 season but the second season half the lights were burned out. National sent me a couple of replacement strings to temporarily light the tree until a warranty claim could be filed. By the end of the second Christmas most of the old lights had burned out. Nothing remaining lit except for the new temporary strings. Their warranty requires the consumer to pay for shipping and boxing. Have you ever shipped a 9 ft Christmas tree? Terrible customer service and warranty. Can not recommend.

We bought an artificial prelit tree from National Tree Company and loved the way it looked....the first year. Well and to be honest the second year it looked good too but we had a row of lights that wasn't working. We used the Light Keeper Pro and were able to reestablish a current and it was fixed. Our third season, however, we pulled it out and one of the rows of lights is not working. We used the Light Keeper Pro again and detected a problem with the current. We then discovered that every light in that string was black and burned out. All the other lights on the tree were perfect. In my research it is clear that there is a short in the line and that is why those set up bulbs all have blown. We ordered this product on November 18, 2019 and of course used the tree for 5 weeks that season and 5 weeks in the 2020 season. I called the warranty service line at National Tree Company and spoke to "Daniel". After many minutes of trying to figure out the situation on their end he informed me that the lights were under a 2 years warranty and mine expired 5 days previous. I asked if there could be an exception made since the product they sell is a seasonal item and we therefore only used the lights a total of 10 weeks and he said no. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! These trees are well priced but also pricey enough that you shouldn't only get 2 holiday seasons out of them before you throw them out. It took me 51 years to finally buy a fake Christmas tree and now I understand why. I'm going right back to my beautifully looking, smelling and well lit REAL tree.

The warehouse opens as a store as of Saturday 11/17 for a short period of time.
Depending where you purchased the tree it should of came with a packing list. Please call the main office so they can help you in regards to your problem.
Call the service department they will explain what to do
