I don’t think I’ve ever experienced worst patient care from any doctor. It’s been over a year and a half waiting for an at home sleep test. Which they’ve consistently canceled the pickup on the same day. The office is totally I equipped for customer service or patient care. They really just don’t care.

Completely IMPOSSIBLE to get thru on phone. Always get busy signal. During appointment I notified them, they seemed indifferent to problem. Also, I was supposed to have appointment w Dr Obeid but had to see PA. Also, the nurse gave me completely WRONG instructions on the use of my inhaler! Terrible experience!

Ann(NP) was ok but no return calls and I couldn’t get through! I actually called the hospital to see if they could get through and after several minutes he came back with I can’t get through either! Maybe there should be a welfare check! I was called 2 days ago and was told mine and my husband’s upcoming appointment (4/26/22) was canceled! Call back to reschedule ~ I did ~ voicemail this time and no call back! Should their patients be calling cardiologist for oxygen? This is abusive! What’s the problem over booking? They are definitely Not understaffed!
