Amazing staff, great selection of cards and gifts, and fair prices.

Dusty, and unfriendly store. They made me go thru all types of things to show I was a Crown member and then I told them what coupon I was going to use all the sudden they wouldn't honor it. They have Crown Rewars posted all around the store, and again, they made me present my membership card and all the sudden they wouldn't honor my coupon.

I don't know what has happened to them. They closed in May to do renovations that were supposed to take 6-8 weeks to open, but haven't done so. As of last week, they still had paper over the windows and only one light on. I'm waiting myself as they are my go to for the ornaments each year.
Yes, they are open. I stopped by on Feb 1, 2020 and bought some cards. A small part of the store is now a wine shop, but the rest of it is still a Hallmark store. Store entrance in the North Wing
No. The store has not re-opened. Was there two hours ago. No indication of re-opening date.
