This is a wonderful place to stay in West Phoenix, the hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants. It is clean and quiet and the staff are so nice, friendly and professional. This was my second stay here and will not be my last.

Very disappointed with noise of flushing toilet in next room and noise from road outside. Lobby was under construction and elevator shook. Staff looked and acted as if they were over worked and doing us a favor by checking us in. I love Holiday inn express and after a while decided to leave in the middle of the night. And I paid $200 for this expensive experience

We chose this hotel as we had a road trip from NORCAL to Phoenix. We used to live in this area so it was a good staging point to visit our old neighborhood, and see all the growth. After staying here a couple of days we spent a week in Sedona, Az. Only con was we paid a fee for breakfast. The choices were limited and okay. I think a buffet with more choices would have been better. Not sure if this is the Arizona way. I still would recommend this hotel.

Not one of my best stays at an IHG hotel, and not my worst. We were accommodated to move away from a room that was facing the freeway and freeway noise to a suite. The suite was much larger than we expected but there was garbage on the floor that had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The lighting was terrible - there were no nightstand lamps, but a single lamp on the desk. This was very inconvenient because all lights are shut off in the room and you have to make your way over to the bed in complete darkness. It's a place to stay for the night but I'm not sure that I would recommend this hotel. The restaurant is run by a contracted person who runs his own business and items from his taco menu in the bar were good. Bar is nice, but the drinks weren't mixed so well. Female Bartender was a beginner.
