Very frustrated with my experience with this company. After one use of their product, I was charged 200.00 for an annual subscription I didn’t want. I spent hours trying to get it reversed. They claimed there was no way to reverse the charge. Then, when I did not input a card fast enough to receive a partial refund, I was denied entirely. Too much automation and overly expensive. Designed for large corporations not small businesses. Very unhappy customer.

Although their product is quite good, their customer service is abysmal. Their response time is okay, but the responses are absolutely outrageous if one is a paying customer. I have been trying to gain access to my account for 7days, and I am being told there's still a three-day wait to "insure my privacy rights."

I got a premium account, but to get a school discount, they were asking you to login to your school credentials to verify the school identity and confirm for your discount. Now, my credentials were stolen! and someone is trying to get into my school account every day! Fortunately, I have dual authentication, so I receive a message authentication before anyone tries to login and deny it, so I had to change my credentials. Be aware that data privacy is not really privacy!!! I suggest stay away from this website and never type your school credentials.

I designed a survey and paid the monthly subscription for 4 months ($400). Just before ending my subscription I exported my results and saved the file (didn’t need to evaluate them right away). I reopened the file recently and found that just over half of my 140 responses were available and answers for about 8 of the questions were not even exported. I contacted SurveyMonkey to try to rectify this problem and was told I must pay for another subscription in order to try to re-download the results SurveyMonkey failed to deliver when I had my previous subscription. Very disappointed with their service.
