The first room had a large puddle of water in the bathroom so they switched my room. The new room had a bed that was very firm so I woke up hurting. The AC was also really loud, I won’t stay at this location again unless it gets a major remodel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is an older RI, but you don't realize it's age until you get in your room. My tub was in really rough shape with peeling and rust. During my shower, the water backed up to the point it was ankle deep. Pretty gross. I went to the front desk and asked for a plunger, which I got. I repeatedly plunged the tub drain, which brought up a lot of gross stuff and created an oily/soapy/fatty film in the tub. The tub still did not drain great. I asked for a new room and had to move my stuff. New room was a handicap room that was really dated. At this point I didn't care! The gym is very small and not much to it. The pool area is decent, but small. I would rate this RI at average or below compared to many others I've stayed at. I just spent a week at RI in Chandler, AZ and that place was like a luxury resort compared to this one.

Very courteous staff, relatively clean common areas, ok breakfast, only downside is our long duration accommodation had housecleaning once and 4 work orders open on day 1 with 2 left open when we left. Minor things as the major ones were fixed soon as they could, but just an annoyance.

Grillin for Life

I had some family business to tend to and chose this hotel based on previous reviews. I was not disappointed. First and foremost, the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very courteous from the front staff to the cleaning crew. The room was a suite with a kitchenette as we were going to be in town for a few days. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not go in the pool, but we did spend some time in the jacuzzi. Very refreshing and they turned on some light music while we were out there which was cool. The free breakfast was set up so based on social distancing protocol. It was managed well and the food was good. I let the staff know of a couple of issues like batteries for bedroom remote (we used the one in the front room), the vent in bathroom didn't work, and the latch for the main door needed attention. Other than that, it was a great stay. Stores, food, banks were close and were also had food delivered which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.
