FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE!!! I have been an Eye Health patient for years but this new practice (OCB) is sub-par. If you call to change an appointment, prepare to wait at least half an hour. My current appointment has been changed (by them) twice now so my July appointment now is scheduled for November--and moved from Weymouth to Pembroke. Also in the change notification is a note indicating I should expect the appointment to run 2 hours from start to finish!!

Waiting to see the doctor for 2 hours is outrageous and unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as the doctor. Time to find another doctor.
