I’m very disappointed by the way I was treated I scheduled online a Covid test and got treated as if I was a disgust in the drive thru lady asked me to pull up to slot two and wait well none of the parking slots were even numbered and I just pulled up to one I sat there 30 mins feeling even more awful in heat and noticed there wasn’t one car in the drive thru for the full length of time I sat in slot I pulled out circled around and asked the lady and she laughed and said it’s ready now but I asked u to pull up to slot two so I sat there and she slammed window in my face and I pulled up again sat there another 15 mins and pulled back around the third time and they finally gave me my test I just felt like I was some kinda joke to them but I found it to be very unprofessional and lack respect they don’t belong in the medical field

As a nurse and pharmacy tech myself the service is really bad and prices are 2 high.so I changed to Publix on broad st where service is great. One rx was $7.50 with no insurance and cvs was over $200. They also kept calling my doctor for refills I didn't even want from them!

The only thing reliable about this pharmacy is that they are always incredibly slow and rude. If you don't like your job, that's your problem, but stop taking it out on people who are just trying to feel better. I would give zero stars if possible. As I type this, I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get my son's prescription transferred somewhere else, because I am DONE dealing with this pharmacy.

THIS IS JUST ABOUT CVS PHARMACY: (Not the retail side of the store) I'd give zero stars if I could. Best friend is in hospice. This mean she will unfortunately die in the next six months. Hospice works to make her as calm and pain free as possible. Best friend was no longer able to swallow her take-whenever-you-need-to morphine. This is a heavy duty pain killer, which means she was in agonizing pain! We needed medicine that could be given to her in a different way, since she couldn't swallow the pills anymore! Nurse faxed in prescription three times, with three confirmations. Nurse called in the prescription. Nurse also called in the prescription, talking to a direct human being. To which she was told the pharmacy was closing so too bad so sad. Pharmacy absolutely refused to fill the prescription! They gave many excuses, but the truth is, they were lazy and didn't care at all. I tried to explain to the pharmacy tech that my friend was in AGONY, and it would take five minutes to fill the prescription. They didn't even need to count pills! She very much enjoyed telling me, "Like, sorry. I can't do anything. We're closed. BYE." They (all the pharmacy workers) had the audacity to all laugh together, as I was bawling, having to go back to my friend without her pain medication. A human body can only handle so much pain! She died the next day. Again, my friend was in agony because CVS refused to fill her prescription, and she DIED the next day. So, CVS pharmacy, you have blood on your hands. Because of you, my friend suffered in agony. Since CVS pharmacy didn't care at all about my friend spending the last moments of her life in excruciating agony, they probably won't care about anything. I'm contacting the district manager. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY IF YOU CAN. I DON'T WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND TO HAPPEN TO YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE TOO.
