I love Advanced Womens Health Specialists! I’ve been a patient there for over 20 years and have always felt comfortable during my visits. The nurses and staff are always super accommodating and pleasant. Dr. Goss is professional and informative but always seems to makes me laugh. I honestly think he is my favorite Dr ever.

They have horrible customer service. They don’t have an emergency line to call for emergency’s and generally don’t care about their patients. My wife and I were in a bad accident during our pregnancy and ended up in the hospital. The doctor said to call our OB the next day and go in for an ultrasound for additional testing. Even with it being doctor ordered and an emergency advanced women specialist said no and we could schedule an appointment weeks out. They said if we need help sooner that we should go back to the hospital. Beware, these people don’t care about you or your baby.

I cannot recommend this place less. They should not be able to treat pregnant women. I was involved in a car crash and needed to get an emergency appointment for an ultrasound. They told me "they have no availability". My husband is not allowed back to the room with me for appointments because of "COVID" yet he is allowed to come back when I am having an ultrasound. They do not have a hotline you can call in the event of an emergency and when you call to make an appointment, you have to leave a message and someone will call back WITHIN 48 HOURS. The WORST care you can receive. I am 27 weeks pregnant and just changed by pregnancy care to another provider.
