I love the food here, but ordering togo here is beyond frustrating. The employees here are set up to fail, and they do just that. They're too short staffed to adequately handle togo and delivery orders on top of their dine-in customers, yet they continue to allow people to order online and then quote pickup times that the staff clearly can not meet. When a customer is given a pickup time, they expect their food to be ready at that time. A few minutes late is understandable, but when you're consistently 20+ minutes behind the quoted time you should try to address the issue. My first recommendation would be to quote realistic pickup times to avoid your already overwhelmed staff from being swarmed by irritated customers and door dashers expecting to pick up their food quickly and be on their way. My second recommendation would be to recognize your inability to effectively handle togo orders while short staffed, and avoid overwhelming the staff in the first place by simply not taking online orders when you don't have enough personnel. Food service is already a demanding job without being consistently set up for failure. If the staff was set up to succeed, instead of having to constantly trying to play catch-up, they'd probably produce better results.

The bowl was decent - rice was hard, which stinks since there was alot of it. We had ordered online during lunch time so it must’ve been busy but we were missing our drinks, hot sauces, and some chips. We called back to let them know and the manager was kind enough to refund us.
