Terrible experience with sales rep. I was interested in purchasing a lawn mower tractor. Told me they’d be out there in a moment. Decided ill just wait, didn’t matter they never came it was just two guys talking to each other. When i came in i looked at them and they saw me and walked away acted dumb. I went to talk to another rep if they could get someone to help me and it just took so long ai decided to go to home depot. Don’t waste your time and the sales rep was part of the lawn area.

I returned an unsafe item today, asking for a refund, so I could hopefully buy a safe item. The cashier, after much ado, yapping, calling someone on the desk phone 2Xs, I didn't know why! I thought she was calling the 'Refund Police' because my item was purchased several months ago. So, 12 minutes later, she hands me the store gift card, without asking or telling me 1st!! She should've said she couldn't give me a refund. Then they didn't have the item I needed, and I left empty-handed!! Lowe's employees must be kissing cousins to Home Depot workers. They're all the same!! Bad attitudes, and doing what they want to their customers.

Went in to Lowes today and it was a good experience, much better than the previous. Approached a staff member and she guided me to exactly what I was looking for. A lot of employees on hand today to help customers.

One of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. My leaf blower was broken, so I came in to get it fixed. Uncertainty about what to expect or how much it will cost. One assistant assisted me and guided me through the process. Then he called up a mechanic to examine my leaf blower. He knew exactly what was wrong with it in less than five minutes. The fuel injector isn't receiving any fuel. It's pointing up instead of down. A simple solution Lowe's, thank you.
