My experience here was very very good! i loved everything about it. I felt very comfortable to get my first wax here with Mary who is very good at waxing and making this not an awkward thing for me. She talked me through everything and anything i had questions on throughout the process. I will definitely be coming back here!!

My first experience with Savannah and Ayanna was FANTASTIC!! They both made my experience less stressful! Savannah did a great job with my Brazilian Wax service and I will definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed! I will be referring family and friends to this place! Keep up your the excellent service ladies!

My experience was fantastic! Rosimary did my wax. She was super nice, very knowledgeable and she talked me through everything. I really appreciated how thorough she was! The place was very clean, the receptionist was also very nice. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get waxed.

It’s best not to. Your skin will be too sensitive. Remember, waxing is an exfoliation. However, airbrush tanning after a wax is fine.
Yes we do.
Yes, but please clear this with your doctor. Just like waxing when you are menstruating, being pregnant will leave you more sensitive during and after your wax.
It really depends. Hair grows at different cycles depending on the person and sometimes your cultural background. Shaved hair does not grow back in one cycle. I am seeing more and more that after a first wax, shaved hair will still appear days after the wax. This is typically because the client didn’t wait long enough for ALL of the hair to grow out. You will, however, notice that after a few Brazilian Waxes your hair will start to grow in much slower and finer. Shaved hair is much thicker because it gets cut off at its thickest point.
If you have never waxed before and have a big event coming up, such as your wedding, a vacation with your partner, etc., I would not recommend getting your first ever wax a couple of days before you go. Plan ahead and try to get in at least two (2) waxes before you leave. After your second wax, the results will be better and you won’t be uncomfortable for your special event.
Yes of course. Just know the facts: a) you will be more sensitive, and b) you must wear a clean tampon. Pop an ibuprofen 20 minutes before. It may help.
For those of you who are getting a Brazilian Bikini Wax for the first time, I would say “probably.” Let’s put it this way, the coarser your hair and the more sensitive your skin, the more sensitivity you will feel during and after the wax. Some first-time clients are uncomfortable for an hour or so and others feel a little bit sore for a day or two. It is important not to wear tight jeans or pants if it is your first time waxing.
I would rather you didn’t. Numbing creams can interfere with the application of the wax or, in certain situations, cause allergic reactions. For instance, somebody could be allergic to a benzocaine that contains an anti-itch formula without knowing it. They apply it before they wax, then become itchy. Thinking this is a reaction to the wax, they reapply the product, and therefore worsen the situation. Beyond this, I’m wary of using chemicals around such a sensitive area full of membranes and have heard horror stories of people not knowing a wax is too hot for their skin (our wax is kept at a steady warm temperature) because they are so numb. So, please avoid numbing creams or sprays.
Listen girls, the truth hurts. Of course, ripping hair out of follicles isn’t going to be an utterly comfortable experience; However, in the hands of an experienced esthetician, the process is only minorly painful. It helps if your esthetician has extensive experience with hair removal, especially with Brazilian Bikini Waxes. Make sure she holds your skin taut. She may even ask you for help. You might not want to wax four (4) days before, or four (4) days after your menstrual cycle, as you may find it is a little more painful on these days. On those days, we recommend popping an Advil or two twenty minutes before your appointment. Brazilians can also be more uncomfortable if you are overly tired or feeling under the weather. It’s still fine to get a Brazilian Bikini Wax on these days but it may be a little less comfortable for you.
We offer some body exfoliation services at an additional cost 😊
I had called the Snellville listing using the listing on their website (not Google), but received a return call with no message around 11:30. Since they didn't leave a message, I Googled the number and it was from a Decatur location. I'm not sure the Snellville location is still in business and didn't ask when I called back since I made an appointment elsewhere. Update 2: I received yet another call from them around noon. The person I spoke with said they have a centralized appointment process. If you call either (all?) number, it goes to them. If they are too busy or on another call, it's supposed to go to messaging (not after 6 rings though?). This is a terrible process! Even if I'm not happy with the business I ultimately chose, I certainly will avoid this place because the first impression is not warm, friendly, inviting or well organized. Instead, it seems like there's total chaos at the meat processing plant.
