I called the day before asking if they took swimsuits and the young lady said yes. I came in, dropped off my bin and waited 4 hours for them to tell me they're not taking swimsuits at the moment. This location in particular also does not call you when they're done with your buy out. I was told 3 different times frames my items would be ready and I still had to come up there and see if they were done because they don't call or text you when it's ready. They are unorganized and do not know how to communicate.

We accept over 200 brands and vans are one of our favorites. We'd love to take a look at them anytime Monday - Saturday between 10am - 9pm and Sundays between11am - 7pm.

We require staff and customers to wear a face covering and that all maintain social distancing. We temperature check all staff when reporting to work. All counters and surfaces are disinfected regularly. Clothes are sanitized after a customer tries them on and decides not to purchase them. The safety of our staff and customers continues to be our number one priority.
As long as the item that you're returning isn't a clearance item, you should be able to return it. They'll just give you back however much it is with the discount
No you don't have to make an appointment, but even if it has tags on it and their name brand if they're out of style or season or they're not in fashion it doesn't matter what the price tag is or what brand it is they won't take it..

Sheila Just bring in your items (clothes) they are priced individually depending on what they are. We of course can't take all items just depends on brand, style, age and condition.
