Since the pandemic I have been working from home. I have been looking for services near my home rather than my job. I gave the Arches a try and have been going everysince. Clean, comfortable, many services offered at reasonable prices.

The space is super clean and smells great!!! This is the best place for brows and Brazilians!!!! They are a full spa experience and worth every penny. Give them a try asap!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience here with Darshna. She was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted considering it was my first time getting my eyebrows done. She was able to guide me through the process and it really helped to ease the nervousness lol. The overall service was also really good, and I will be definitely be coming back!

I went in today for the eyebrow threading service. Afterwards, I noticed that my eyebrows were not symmetrical. One eyebrow had an arch and the other was rounded. I call to see if they could fix them. I arrive and I'm told that instead of making them symmetrical; that it is impossible because of the way my eyebrows grow in. One is thicker than the other; however, the thinner is more shaped to my preference. I ask her to match them. She doesn't and continues with, and I quote; "you can go anywhere else, they will tell you the same thing." I did not ask for that and it was a huge turnoff. She offered for me to come back in 2-3 weeks to fix them for free; however, I don't think I'm going to take her up on her offer. I went to another salon later that day and they were able to fix them. I wanted to have faith in this location considering this was my first experience with eyebrow threading; however, it's clear I shouldn't have.
